Literacy intervention through the science of reading.
Evaluations to determine exact areas of challenge
Specialized support based on the student, not a packaged curriculum to be moved through
Speech Language Pathologist with intensive training in reading supports designing and delivering sessions to grow literacy skills 1:1
Support for 504 and IEP's in school. Guidance through the process and advocacy for your students needs.
Caregiver and Parent education and pre-meeting.
Review of IEP drafts and other documentation
Attendance at IEP meeting to support family and students during the process

1:1 therapy with home program and parent support to decrease treatment time in speech therapy.
Treatment for Apraxia, developmental or acquired

Opportunities for high school and college aged neurodivergent individuals to meet up and attend local events in the community and spend time making connections together.
Group attendance at LO events: Farmers Market, Pride, Parades, other Community Events
Coffee/Ice cream meet ups
Support in attending school events: Sports events, dances, drama and musical performances, and supporting participation in other school clubs.
At this time, Makerspace SLP does not bill insurance. A "super bill" will be provided to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed.
$120 45 minute therapy session, in person or virtual.
$120 /hour for advocacy support.
